Who I Am Behind the Work

I’m a single mother of three boys who taught me what survival really looks like — and what it takes to rebuild with grace when everything feels like it’s falling apart.

I’m trilingual — Spanish, English, and Portuguese — which lets me connect deeply with clients across cultures and continents.

I carry a background in science and education, and my experience in military medicine and officer leadership (OCS) shaped how I approach structure, planning, and resilience.

It’s actually where I developed the foundation for the OPORD system that powers The Profit Hero™ — a clear, step-by-step framework that helps entrepreneurs organize their operations, automate their workflows, and scale sustainably.
